Postage
Postage rates are determined by weight. Both Domestic and International* orders are welcome. Jack be Nimble is based in Perth, Western Australia. Approximate delivery times apply:
Within Australia
- Express Post: 1 - 3 working days up to 500g gross weight
- Platinum (signature required): 1-3 working days up to 500g gross weight.
International
- Air Mail: 3-4 weeks. Price dependant on weight & region.
Product Care
Jack Be Nimble jewellery is delicate and therefore must be treated with care. Our accessories should be the last item you put on and the first piece you take off. As the metal is plated, please be aware that no chemicals or water should come into contact with our products. Jewellery can be wiped clean with a soft dry cloth. Store in the original packaging or in a pouch to protect from scratches or chips.
Metal
We use a variety of metals to create our handcrafted jewellery. These include plated brass, copper and base metal (nickel free). Chains should be handled carefully as links can be damaged or broken if pulled with force. To prolong the life of your special pieces, never spray perfume or wear strong body lotions with your jewellery. Reaction with these chemicals can attribute to faster tarnishing or break down of the metal. Clean any metal and chains with a dry cloth.Wood
Wood is a fragile, organic material and needs no cleaning. Any polish or water will remove the lacquered finish. If your wood jewellery has chain on it, follow the cleaning recommendations above, avoiding the wood.Acrylic
Acrylic is a form of plastic and can therefore be scratched or cracked if not properly looked after. Avoid contact with rough surfaces to prevent damage to your jewellery and clean acrylic components with a dry or damp cloth.Glass beads
Glass pearls have an opalescent coating so it is recommended to clean these beads with a soft damp cloth and no abrasive cleaners. Glass beads can also be treated in a similar manner. Treat gently as chipping or scratching may occur with rough handling.Fabric/ ribbon
Do not clean ribbon or fabric components unless absolutely necessary. Water can weaken glued parts, damage metal or leave worn marks. Never scrub the fabric. To remove blemishes, use a damp cloth and gently dab the damaged area then allow to dry flat.Returns and Exchanges
Jack Be Nimble endeavours to deliver to you the highest quality costume jewellery. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return unwanted or faulty products. If the item(s) you have purchased do not meet your expectations, we will honour your request for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
(There are no refunds on sale items, however, we will be willing to organise an exchange.)
We would appreciate if you could email us at info@jackbenimble.com.au before returning any merchandise.
Please take care to return the items in its original condition, wrapped securely with original packaging and tags still attached. We recommend that you return the jewellery via registered post or in a pre-paid satchel, for your own protection. Jack Be Nimble cannot accept responsibility for items that have been returned to us via normal post.
The cost of returned merchandise (minus shipping fees) will be refunded to you at the current exchange rate, in Australian dollars. We will only refund the postage cost if the products are faulty.

Jack Be Nimble will not collect or monitor any personal information about you without your consent. The following Privacy Statement sets out the different types of information we collect and what we do with the data.
