Why can't you ship to my country?

There are certain places that we are unable to ship to as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your jewellery.

Do you accept direct deposit, cheque or money order?

Yes we do! Please place these orders via email instead.

Is it possible to change my order after it has been placed?

If you need to change an order, please contact us directly via email.

Is it possible to ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, however these orders will need to be placed separately.

When will my parcel arrive?

The arrival of your package will depend on the method of payment, the form of delivery you have selected as well as the location of the shipping address provided. Please refer to our Postage information.

How do I track my order?

If you email the Jack Be Nimble team we can provide you with your serial/ reference number. This number can be tracked through the Australia Post website at www.austpost.com.au or their information hotline on 13 13 18.

Do you use precious metals?

At the moment, Jack Be Nimble is not making jewellery in precious metals. For information on our materials, please see our Care Instructions. Looking for fine jewellery? Check out each designer's independent lines.

Do you accept custom-made designs?

For stock items, it may be possible to customise minor aspects such as colour and length. If you require other specifications, please contact the relevant designer for more details.
